Kozhaya Debs has over three decades of experience in the automation and control systems field, currently serving as a National Field Service professional at ARPAC LLC since 2006, focusing on startup, training, and troubleshooting. Previously, Kozhaya held various leadership roles, including Head of the Maintenance Department at Cedar Management, and Fire Fighting System Specialist at B.C.C Siemens AG, overseeing teams and managing complex systems in large sub-stations and power plants. Additional experience includes roles in automation and control supervision, technical service, and instrumentation at multiple prominent engineering firms, contributing to significant projects in power generation and automation across diverse facilities.
