Valdemar Teixeira

Valdemar Teixeira is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop support and IT service management. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Analyst at Aster Group UK since February 2012, Valdemar provides 2nd and 3rd line support to over 1,400 users, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing operational efficiency. Previously, Valdemar worked as an IT Support Analyst at EIMS, delivering 1st and 2nd line support to users across multiple locations, and as a SOC Operations Analyst at IBM Brasil, leading a team in problem determination and support for data center operations. Valdemar holds a degree in Information Technology from Universidade São Francisco, has an ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, and is currently pursuing Level 4 Apprenticeships in Cyber Security.
