Jon Richards

Jon Richards has over 20 years of work experience in the real estate and construction industry. Jon is currently the Senior Managing Director of Development at Atlantic Residential. Previously, they served as the President of Development at Heartland America and the Director of Asset Management at Equity LifeStyle Properties, Inc. Jon has also held roles as the Director of Real Estate at Omega Healthcare Investors and Aviv REIT, Inc. In addition, Jon has worked as a Consultant at CenterPoint Properties and held various managerial positions at Classic Residence by Hyatt, Turner Construction, Gilbane Building Company, and Tishman Construction. Throughout their career, Jon has successfully managed and led teams, completed projects ahead of schedule and under budget, and maintained project budgets and schedules.

Jon Richards holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois Chicago, with a concentration in Architecture.
