John Iannetta

John Iannetta is the Vice President of Commercial Operations at Becton Dickinson. John has held this position since July 2014, and in this role they are responsible for leading the Commercial Operations Center of Excellence. This team is dedicated to providing superior customer service and performance, as well as harmonized and improved processes and policies. They work with business leaders across the company to deliver an improved customer experience.

Prior to their current role, John was with Commercial Operations Excellence LLC, where they served as the Director of Business Development. In this role, they were responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as managing relationships with existing clients. John also worked with Community Hope, where they served as the Director of Housing Programs. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the organization's housing programs and ensuring that they met the needs of the community.

John Iannetta has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering - Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University. John is also Six Sigma Certified Black Belt from GE and Philips Lighting.

John Iannetta works with Steve Gundersen - VP & GM, SCG, Ryan Tuttle - Senior Director of Innovative Commercial Models, and Kathy Sullivan - VP, Commercial Effectiveness & Marketing Operations. John Iannetta reports to Tony Ezell, EVP, North America & Chief Marketing Officer.
