Carla Lundberg

Carla Lundberg has an extensive work experience in various roles and companies.

Carla'smost recent position was as the Senior Director of IT Operations at BETA Healthcare Group, starting in March 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Director of IT Operations from July 2017 to February 2020 and the Information Technology Manager from January 2013 to June 2017. In their earlier years at BETA Healthcare Group, Carla held the position of Network Operations Manager from January 2003 to December 2012. Carla also worked as a Systems Analyst from January 1998 to December 2002, where they were responsible for designing and maintaining databases, managing computer equipment, and providing training and support to internal users. Additionally, they assumed the role of Network Administrator and handled network configuration, management, data protection, and documentation during their tenure.

Before joining BETA Healthcare Group, Carla worked at DOMICO, where they served as the Director of Sales from January 1997 to January 1998. Carla'sresponsibilities included creating and monitoring annual marketing plans, analyzing sales costs and break-even points, and maintaining customer relations and support contracts. Prior to this role, they were the Director of Technical Services from July 1990 to December 1996, overseeing a team of technical support analysts and trainers who provided telephone support to self-storage facilities. Carla was responsible for analyzing call trends, managing staffing needs, and administering performance evaluations and budgets. Carla's first role at DOMICO was as a Technical Support Analyst/Trainer from August 1987 to July 1990, where they provided technical phone support, troubleshooting, and training to customers.

Carla's work experience also includes a role at IBM, where they worked as a Marketing Assistant from April 1984 to June 1986. During this two-year college intern program, they assisted marketing representatives in lead tracking, work order completion, and computer system configurations for customers.
