Ashley Loewen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2006, they worked as an Interior Designer at Two Degrees Interiors, Different Designs Group, and Hager Design International Inc. In 2009, they joined WeaverCraft Distributors Inc. as a Sales & Specification Rep, where they managed education, relationship development, specifications, and installations. In 2010, Ashley joined Brooks Corning as a Workplace Consultant, focusing on sales and project management. Ashley later became the VP of Sales, where they were responsible for strategic management, sales leadership, sales operations, and business development. In 2018, Ashley started their own consulting company, Ashley Loewen Consulting, where they served as the President. From 2020 to 2021, they also held the role of Chair of the Sponsorship Committee at CREW Vancouver. In 2022, they joined BGIS as a Program Director, Workplace Solutions, leading change management and project management teams. Currently, they hold the position of National Director of Tenant Facilities Management Office at BGIS, where they focus on process controls, quality management, and strategic enablement for continued growth. Ashley is also pursuing an MBA degree.

Ashley Loewen's education history includes obtaining a Bachelor of Environmental Design degree in Architecture/Interior Design from the University of Manitoba in 2004. In 2005-2006, Ashley completed a CAD/Drafting certificate program at Red River College Polytechnic. Ashley then pursued further education in business, earning an Executive MBA from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University from 2022 to 2024.

Throughout the years, Ashley has also pursued various certifications. Ashley obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022. Additionally, Ashley obtained an Associate Certificate in Change Management from UBC Sauder Continuing Business Studies in 2022. Furthermore, Ashley obtained certifications in Agile Delivery Methods and Data Analytics from UBC Sauder School of Business and Google, respectively, both in 2022. In 2020, Ashley earned a Certificate in Management Essentials from Harvard Business School Online. Notably, Ashley also holds a LEED AP ID+C certification from the Canada Green Building Council - CaGBC, obtained in 2016.
