Dale Caudill

Dale Caudill has a diverse work experience in quality leadership roles. Dale'smost recent position was as Director of Quality at BIOTRONIK, where they worked with an international cross-functional team to create and implement a new Quality Management System and improved the change management process. Previously, they served as the Owner and Principal Consultant at MultiFactor Consulting LLC, specializing in quality engineering, quality management systems, and technical training for clients in the medical device industry. Dale also held the role of Director of Quality at Surmodics, where they obtained ISO13485:2016 certification for a new design and manufacturing facility. Prior to that, they were the site-wide quality leader at Cirtec Medical, responsible for all aspects of quality assurance. Dale Caudill also has experience in operations quality at Boston Scientific and Medtronic, where they managed quality systems and supported product and process development. Dale began their career at General Electric Appliances as a Six Sigma Black Belt and later held roles in program management and supplier quality engineering. Dale started their career at Setco as an engineer, where they were involved in design, project support, and reliability engineering.

Dale Caudill completed a Master of Engineering Management degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at St. Cloud State University from 2006 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
