Lynn Coghill

Lynn Coghill is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in HR technology and systems, currently serving as the HR Technology Lead at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Nebraska since March 2019. Previously, Lynn held HRIS Analyst positions at First National Bank of Omaha and Mosaic, where expertise in implementing and managing HR systems was developed. As a Global HRIS Business Partner at Valmont Industries, Lynn contributed to the global implementation of Workday HCM, while also maintaining organizational data within PeopleSoft. Additional experience includes HR Generalist roles at Werner Enterprises and Lozier Corporation, and various operations positions at UPS. Lynn holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
