Abby Chiappa

Abby Chiappa is currently the restaurant manager at Bob's Steak & Chop House and the owner of Letters From Chiappa, specializing in modern calligraphy, wedding signs, and chalkboards. Abby has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, having worked as a server at several establishments including Toast Gastrobrunch, Blue fin Sushi, The Landings at Carlsbad, Tabu Sushi, Rosati's Pizza, and Sammy's Woodfired Pizza. Abby also has experience in content representation from their time at ReviewBoost.com and as a front office administrator at Aviva Stanoff Design, Inc. Abby is currently pursuing their education at MiraCosta College.
