Carrie Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Carrie is currently serving as the Vice President, HR Strategic Partner at Bon Secours Mercy Health since November 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Experience Officer at Mammoth Tech from May 2021 to August 2021.

From 2017 to 2021, Carrie worked at Amazon, where they held multiple roles including Senior Human Resource Manager for different Amazon Robotics Fulfillment Centers. During their tenure at Amazon, they were responsible for driving HR initiatives, providing internal support, and implementing continuous improvement strategies. Carrie also played a key role in hiring and training new associates.

Before joining Amazon, Carrie worked as a Corporate Director of Human Resources at Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. from February 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they designed and implemented HR programs across multiple divisions and states, and built strategic partnerships with business leaders.

Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at ProMedica from August 2011 to February 2015, where they oversaw HR functions and led projects for the regional health system.

Carrie's earlier work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at TMT Companies, Inc. from January 2004 to August 2011, and as a Human Resource Representative at Walgreens from August 2001 to January 2004.

Carrie started their career as a Human Resource Representative at BAX Global in 1998.

Throughout their career, Carrie Miller has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, leadership development, and business transformation.

Carrie Miller holds a Masters of Organizational Development from Bowling Green State University, obtained in 2014. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelors of Business Administration in Human Resources from The University of Toledo, completed in 1998. Their high school education was obtained at Swanton High School. In addition to their degrees, Carrie has obtained several certifications including the Professional Human Resource Certificate from the Society of Human Resource Management and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI, both achieved in 1998. Carrie has also completed various LinkedIn courses, such as Betty Liu on Career Success, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Human Resources Fundamentals, and Pay Strategy, all in 2017.
