Marie Kubu

Marie Kubu is currently the Product Development Lead at Bosque Foods, overseeing the creation of mycelium-based meat analogs from concept to production. Prior to this role, they worked as a Product Development Manager and Food Technologist at vly, focusing on plant-based dairy alternatives. Marie also has experience as a Researcher and product developer at Emco spol. s r. o., where they worked on snacks, breakfast cereals, and vegan alternatives. With a background in food science and technology from the University of Chemistry and Technology in Prague, Marie has developed a diverse skill set in quality assurance, product development, and research.
