Sean Perriera has a diverse work experience in customer support and technical operations. Sean started their career at Peloton Interactive as a Technical Member Experience member and later became a Manager of Technical Support Operations. Sean then moved on to Bitly, where they worked as the Head of Customer Support. After that, they joined Augury as a Senior Manager of Technical Support and Operations. Sean then transitioned to Better.com as a Manager of Customer Experience Operations. Currently, Sean is the Director of Support at Branch.

Sean Perriera obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
