Adam Orlan

Adam Orlan is an accomplished leader and coach with diverse experience in human resources and organizational change management. As the Founder and Coach of LEAP Coaching & Consulting, LLC, established in May 2021, Adam focuses on enhancing individual and organizational performance through tailored coaching engagements. In addition to this role, Adam serves as a Business and Executive Coach at Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Inc. and as a Leadership Mentor at Menttium. Notable previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at cxLoyalty and significant roles at Capital One, including leading change management initiatives and organizational readiness for major acquisitions. Adam Orlan holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, and completed a coaching certification program with Newfield Network.
