Suzanne Loughlin Roy has over 20 years of experience in human resources leadership roles. Suzanne is currently the Vice President of People & Culture at Chex Finer Foods, where they are responsible for driving business value through all aspects of HR. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Hydroid, Inc., a technology leader in advanced marine robotics. Suzanne also held the position of Director of Human Resources at Imperial Distributors, where they played a key role in the company's growth. Before that, Suzanne was the Director of Human Resources at Riverside Community Care, where they led a team of HR professionals and redesigned HR processes. Suzanne also worked as the Manager of HR Process and Systems at Modus Media International, where they established and managed the HRIS department. Suzanne is known for their expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee relations.
