David Rogers

David Rogers has extensive experience in implementing and leading Operational Excellence initiatives in various companies. David has held roles such as Technical Director, Key Global Accounts Director, Senior Business Partner, Key Account Director, Manufacturing Excellence Leader, Executive Business Improvement Leader, Production Team Leader, Production/Maintenance Manager, Production Manager, and Project Manager/Process Engineer. Throughout their career, David has demonstrated success in implementing lean methodologies, improving productivity, achieving KPIs, and driving cultural change. David has led cross-functional teams and provided leadership and direction in implementing sustainable lean practices. David's expertise spans industries such as manufacturing, aviation, and steel production.

David Rogers earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Metallurgy and Engineering Materials from the University of Strathclyde in 1995. David then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Queen's University Belfast, graduating in 1997. In 1993, David attended Queen's University as part of a one-year exchange program, earning a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree. David subsequently obtained a Chartered Engineer certification from the Institute of Engineers Ireland, although the specific start year is unknown. From 2006 to 2013, David studied at the Institute of Brewing and Distilling, achieving a Master of Brewing degree.
