John Bellardini

John Bellardini joined Conifer in 2022 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, John works to lead the financial health of the organization and safeguard company assets, further enabling Conifer’s pursuit of creating high-quality affordable housing.

With over 30 years of global, senior leadership experience, John brings immense value to his role as CFO. He most recently served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a large privately held Syracuse-based real estate organization with decades of proven success in the development, acquisition, and management of retail, hospitality, multifamily, office/industrial, and residential properties across North America. Prior to this, John lead a practice for management consulting within a top CPA firm in Pittsburgh, PA. John’s experience is extremely diverse, having worked in a multitude of different industries including consumer product goods, agriculture, technology, manufacturing and distribution, transportation and aerospace, and more, with a variety of major brands and organizations both in-house and as clients.
