Teresa Garcia

Teresa Garcia has been employed in a variety of roles since 2010. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Grants Deliverables Specialist at Casa Esperanza Community Center, where they completed required paperwork, assured agency grant reports and deliverables were met, maintained and managed quality control of program reports, coordinated registration for education programs, collected program data and attendances, attended assigned group days, assisted instructors with class work and class coordination, assisted students with tutoring, monitored programs and maintained accurate database of all participants, attended outreach events, supported front desk when needed, took part in projects, and assisted in Community Center referrals and client intakes. In 2013, they took on an Administrative Assistant role at Summer Lawn Landscaping. Since 2014, they have been employed as a Cardiovacular Research Associate at CorDynamics, Inc.

Teresa Garcia holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Natural Sciences and Psychology from Concordia University Chicago. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from AALAS as an Assistant Laboratory Animal Technician (ALAT/RALAT) and a Laboratory Animal Technician (LAT).
