Karl Patterson

Karl Patterson began their work experience in 2001 as a Partner at Waitrose & Partners, where they worked as a Supervisor until 2009. Karl then became a Team Manager until 2014, and eventually progressed to the role of Store Manager until 2017. In 2017, Karl joined the John Lewis Partnership as a Democracy Coach until 2018, and they also held the position of Diversity, Inclusion and Wellbeing Manager from 2018 to 2023. Currently, Karl is working at Costa Coffee as the ED&I and Wellbeing Lead.

Karl Patterson completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising & Video Production from Ernest Bevin Academy from 2003 to 2007.
