Thomas Yun

Thomas Yun has extensive work experience in the culinary industry. Thomas has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Culinary Innovation and Menu Strategy at Cracker Barrel, Vice President of Research and Development at Entertainment Consulting International, LLC, and Vice President of Culinary Research and Innovation at Perkins Restaurants and Bakery, Marie Callender's. Thomas has also served as Director and Executive Chef at Dine Equity, Applebee's Restaurants, Director of Operations at F.Mclintocks Restaurant Group, and Corporate Executive Chef at Firestone Walker Brewery. Prior to that, Thomas worked as a Corporate Chef Consultant at Sysco, a Culinary Instructor at College of the Canyons, and a Corporate Executive Chef at Rescue Mission Alliance. Earlier in their career, they held the positions of Executive Chef Partner and Executive Sous Chef at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar. Throughout their career, Thomas has demonstrated expertise in menu development, culinary research and development, operational excellence, and leadership in the culinary field.

Thomas Yun earned an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy in 2001-2002.
