Emilio Mendelsohn has a strong and diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Emilio is currently serving as the Head of Collections Strategy at Mercury® Financial, where they started in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked for Citi as the Chief of Staff for PBWM Fraud Analytics and Model Development, VP from September 2021 to August 2022.

Emilio has also gained valuable experience in the banking industry, having worked for U.S. Bank for a significant portion of their career. At U.S. Bank, they held various roles, including Digital Program Manager/Risk Manager - Vice President from July 2019 to September 2021 and Risk Manager - Assistant Vice President from August 2013 to July 2019. During their tenure, they led the Collections Digital Transformation initiative, driving improved user experience and achieving strong ROI and KPIs. Emilio also mentored and developed a team of Risk Analysts and Product Owners, providing guidance and support as needed.

In addition to their banking experience, Emilio has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty Instructor at Penn State University from January 2017 to December 2019 and as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Delaware from January 2013 to December 2018.

Early in their career, Emilio worked for JPMorgan Chase, where they served as an Information Risk Analyst - AVP from August 2012 to August 2013 and as a Senior Business Systems Analyst from May 2008 to August 2012.

Emilio Mendelsohn obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware in the period between 2004 and 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at Wilmington University from 2009 to 2011.
