Jason Gong (He/Him)

Jason Gong (He/Him) has a long and varied work experience. Jason began their career in 2010 as Global D&I Manager at Draftfcb. Jason then moved on to American Express in 2011 as Manager, Global Diversity and Inclusion. In 2013, they became the Director, Diversity & Inclusion at Prudential Financial. In 2015, they were Engagement Program Manager, Diversity at Facebook. In 2016, they worked as Diversity Programs Specialist at Pinterest, where they built and led company-wide inclusion, engagement and belonging strategy. In 2018, they were Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Business Partner at Dropbox. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging at Oscar Health. Currently, they are the Founder and CEO of Complecto, a platform and community of watch enthusiasts committed to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in the watch collecting community and industry at large. Jason is also a member of The Posse Foundation Alum.

Jason Gong received their Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College in Religion and American Studies.
