Ulrich Wagner

Ulrich Wagner has extensive work experience in the humanitarian sector. Ulrich has held various roles in organizations such as the German Red Cross, UNICEF, Oxfam Novib, Merlin, and Save the Children UK. Some of their notable positions include Head of Middle East / North Africa office at the German Red Cross, Head of Emergency Unit at UNICEF, Mozambique cyclone Idai response lead at Oxfam Novib, and Humanitarian Coordinator at Oxfam. Ulrich has also worked as the Head of Emergency Section at UNICEF and Deputy Country Director at Merlin. Ulrich'sexperience dates back to 2005 and they have worked in countries like Rwanda, Burundi, Sudan, and Mozambique.

Ulrich Wagner has a diverse education history. Ulrich pursued a Master's degree in Humanitarian Assistance (NOHA) from Ruhr University Bochum from 2004 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Arts (MA) degree in Philosophy from Technische Universität Berlin from 1997 to 2003. Additionally, in 2002, they gained expertise as an Emergency Medical Technician from the German Red Cross. Alongside their philosophical studies, Ulrich completed a Master's degree in Computer Science from Technische Universität Berlin between 1996 and 2002. Ulrich also undertook a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1999.
