Victoria Peach

Victoria Peach has extensive work experience in the field of HR and people operations. Victoria most recently served as the HR/People Director at Distributed, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to that, they were the HR/People Operations Manager at Distributed from February 2022 to March 2023. Victoria also worked as an HR Business Partner at Distributed from September 2021 to February 2022.

Before joining Distributed, Victoria worked as an HR Business Partner at Aimia Foods Ltd from September 2020 to August 2021. Prior to that, they served as an HR Advisor at Quintessential Brands Group from October 2019 to September 2020.

Victoria started their career as an HR Project Consultant intern at the Department for International Development (DFID) from July 2018 to September 2018. Victoria also has experience working in the HR department at Super Camps, where they served as an HR Advisor & Recruitment Lead from December 2016 to June 2017, and as an HR & Recruitment Coordinator from November 2015 to December 2016.

Victoria Peach holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from the University of Liverpool, which they obtained between the years 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at The University of Huddersfield, earning a BA (Hons) degree in Management from 2011 to 2014. In addition to their academic achievements, they have obtained various certifications, including the General Intelligence Assessment (GIA) and Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) from Thomas International in October 2020. In September 2019, Victoria obtained a Level 7 certification from CIPD. Victoria also holds certifications in Safeguarding, specifically Level Two in Safeguarding from Super Camps in November 2015, and Safer Recruitment in Education from NSPCC in the same month and year.
