Atta ur Rahman has a comprehensive work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Atta started their career as a Research Assistant at National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) from February 2013 to April 2014. After that, they joined Elixir Technologies and worked in various roles. Atta began as a Technical Analyst from May 2014 to April 2017, providing Level I & II support and managing parallel projects. Atta then became a Senior Technical Analyst from May 2017 to November 2019, working with corporate customers globally and implementing solutions. Subsequently, they served as an Account Manager from December 2018 to November 2019, focusing on customer relations and product flow reviews. Currently, they hold the position of Manager Technical Support, leading a team of 30 professionals and managing customer accounts globally at Elixir Technologies. Previously, from 2014 till now, they have been handling customer related issues/queries, managing 24/7 shifts, and catering to customers' requirements across various regions.

Atta ur Rahman's education history is as follows:

From 2012 to 2015, Atta ur Rahman studied at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and obtained a Master's Degree in Electrical (Telecom & Computer Networks) Engineering.

Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, Atta ur Rahman attended COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, where they received an Engineer's Degree in Electrical/Telecommunication Engineering.

Before entering higher education, from 2005 to 2007, Atta ur Rahman completed their Higher Secondary Education at Govt. Model Science College in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir, with a focus on Pre-Engineering.

Lastly, from 1995 to 2005, Atta ur Rahman studied at F.G Neelum Public School in Muzaffarabad, Azad Kashmir, and obtained their Matriculation with a specialization in Science.

In addition to their formal education, Atta ur Rahman has also obtained various certifications. These include the ITIL Foundation Level from PeopleCert in December 2022, Creating a High-Performance Culture from LinkedIn in July 2022, Communicating Across Cultures from LinkedIn in June 2022, and COMMUNICATION, PRESENTATION & E-MAIL WRITING SKILLS from Mohsin Lodhi Center for Leadership in October 2014. Atta has also completed several HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) certifications with Inspired eLearning, LLC. in September 2014.
