Grant Lieberman

Grant Lieberman has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an intern at SPAWAR. Grant later worked at 3D Robotics as a Flight Test Engineer and then as the Lead Flight Test Engineer, where they focused on test and evaluation of multi-rotor propulsion systems, developed simulation tools for estimating aircraft performance, and managed suppliers for component sourcing. Lieberman then joined Airware as a UAV Test Engineer, where they led safety piloting for fixed-wing sUAS platform testing and was involved in aircraft systems integration and testing. Currently, they are with Elroy Air, serving as the Director of Vehicle Integration and Flight Testing.

Grant Lieberman obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from Iowa State University, where they studied from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Grossmont High School, although the specific dates of attendance were not provided. In addition to their educational background, Grant has also obtained a UAS Remote Pilot Certification from the Federal Aviation Administration in September 2016.
