Tolu Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Starting in 2007, Tolu worked at First Bank of Nigeria Ltd. where they held positions such as Customer Service Representative, Front Office Supervisor, and Team Lead Card Processing. Tolu's responsibilities included resolving customer issues, managing call center staff, and improving business processes. In 2011, Tolu joined WillBeck Clothing Co. as a Sales Director and later became the General Manager of Sales and Marketing. In 2016, Tolu transitioned to WillBeck On Wheels (WOW) as the Group Head of Logistics. Currently, Tolu is working at ENGIE Energy Access (Africa) as the Service Center Manager in Nigeria and will transition to the role of Head of Customer Experience in 2023.
