Rico Bautista

Rico Bautista has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry. Rico served as the President and CEO of Etiqa Life & General Assurance Philippines, Inc. from 2019 onwards. Prior to that, they worked as the VP Head of Segment Management at BPI-Philam Life Assurance Corp. from 2017 to 2019. Rico also held various positions at AIA, including VP and Head of Advisor Productivity and VP and Director of Agencies from 2011 to 2016. Rico was the VP - Sales Director North Philippines at Prulife UK from 2010 to 2011 and the SAVP- Sales Division Head at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd. from 2009 to 2010. Rico worked as an Area Director at Regus Business Centre in 2008 and as the VP- Head of Sales at Philam Plans from 2006 to 2008. Additionally, they served as the SAVP - Territory Head at PhilamPlans in 2006.

Rico Bautista attended The Mabini Academy from 1985 to 1989 for high school. Rico then enrolled in the University of Santo Tomas from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained their AB Philosophy degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies, and Humanities.
