Brian Griffin

Brian Griffin has extensive experience in customer success and operations management, currently serving as Head of Customer Success at FPD Solutions since May 2022. In addition, Brian has been a member of the West Springfield City Council since January 2006, holding multiple leadership roles including Chairman of various committees focused on budgeting, traffic and safety, and community impacts. Prior experience includes serving as National Director of Operations at Dineley Claims Services, Inc., where responsibilities included managing service level agreements and operational strategies, and as Manager of Claims Strategy and Innovations at Liberty Mutual Insurance, leading innovation projects and cross-functional teams. Brian also held the position of New England Property Field Unit Leader at Liberty Mutual Agency Markets, overseeing field operations and adherence to company procedures. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from American International College.
