Adam Tyszer

Head of User Acquisition at Flexion

Adam Tyszer has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Adam began their career as a Trainee at Delphi Automotive Systems in 2004. Adam then worked at Toyota Motor Poland as a Management Trainee and later as a Product Specialist from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they joined TELE2 Poland as a Product Manager. Adam then moved on to Netia, where they worked as a Product Manager and later as the Manager of the Sales Support Department from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Adam joined Canal+ Polska, where they held various roles, including Head of Offer Management, Director - Offers and Business Analysis, Project Director, and Operations Director. During their tenure, they focused on cross-functional projects in technology and customer care, with a particular emphasis on CRM and churn reduction. Adam also collaborated closely with the data mining team.

Adam then worked at Huuuge Games as the Director of Performance Marketing Business Intelligence/User Acquisition from 2016 to 2020. In this role, they played a key role in driving user acquisition strategies and leveraging business intelligence for marketing efforts.

In 2020, Adam took on the role of Tableau & Snowflake Sales & Consulting at NewDataLabs | Tableau Gold Partner before moving to Huawei as the Head of Mobile Cloud Services and User Acquisition for CEE. Currently, they are working at Flexion Mobile Plc as the Head of User Acquisition, starting from July 2022.

Adam Tyszer has a strong educational background in economics and management. In 1999, they began their education at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where they pursued a degree in Strategic management and logistics. Adam completed their studies in 2004 and obtained a Master's degree.
