Elise Silverman

Elise Silverman, SPHR, PMP has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Elise started their career at New York University as an adjunct professor from 1989 to 1995. Elise then joined UBS Wealth Management US, where they held multiple HR roles from 1990 to 2010, including HR Manager, Change Manager, Talent and Project Manager, and Manager of Learning and Development. After that, they worked at Direct Edge Stock Exchange as the Director of Human Resources Manager and Head of Learning & Development from 2011 to 2015. Currently, Elise is working at Gen II Fund Services since 2015, where they have grown the HR department from one to a full-service department as the Principal and Chief Human Resources Officer. Elise has played a significant role in supporting the company's growth and managing HR programs for mergers and acquisitions. Elise is an experienced HR professional with expertise in various aspects of HR management and development.

Elise Silverman, SPHR, PMP, holds an MBA in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from New York University, Stern Graduate School of Business. Elise also obtained an HR Management Diploma from New York University and a BA in English and Newspaper Journalism from Syracuse University. Additionally, Elise holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute and the Project Management Professional certification.
