Deborah Mello

Deborah Mello currently serves as General Manager People Partnering at Genesis since September 2023. Prior experience includes various senior roles at Air New Zealand from April 2018 to September 2023, focusing on People Management across Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Corporate sectors. Prior to that, Deborah held key positions at Fonterra from August 2011 to June 2020, where responsibilities included Senior Human Resources Business Partner and HR Manager for the Southern Cone. Further experience includes HR Management roles at Construtora Tarjab, Clubmed, and Vivo Telecommunications, starting as an HR Analyst. Deborah's educational background encompasses an Extension in Business Management from UC Irvine, an MBA in People Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and a degree in Psychology from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, complemented by additional studies in People Management at George Brown College.
