Leandro Medeiros

Leandro Medeiros currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Dafiti since October 2023 and holds the position of BMU President for Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Oceania at Alpargatas S.A. since 2019, while also acting as Chief Growth Officer at Alpargatas, CEO and Board Member at Osklen, and a Strategy Committee member at Rothy’s. Medeiros has been a member of YPO since 2018. Previous roles include Marketing and Sales Director at Nestlé from 2016 to 2019, General Manager for Brazil at Beam Suntory from 2015 to 2016, and Marketing Director for South LATAM at Bacardi from 2013 to 2015. Additional experience includes positions at Diageo, RB, Beiersdorf, and Anheuser-Busch InBev. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from COPPEAD UFRJ, a degree in Business from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, training in Strategic Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and credentials in Executive Coaching and Six Sigma's Green Belt.
