Mary Halpin, ACC

Mary Halpin has over 30 years of work experience in various corporate roles, with a focus on executive coaching and human resources consulting. Mary is currently the Executive Coach/Human Resources Consultant at Mary Halpin Consulting, where they use their skills and experience to help build effective organizations and leaders. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach at Torch, Keystone Partners, Growthspace, and GoCoach. Mary also served as the SVP & CHRO at Centreville Bank, where they managed a team of HR business partners and developed a workforce strategy to drive business success. Before that, they worked as an HR Consultant independently, supporting small and medium-sized businesses in creating human capital plans. Mary also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments for 18 years, where they worked with senior executives and teams to enhance productivity and promote career growth. Mary began their career as an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at State Street.

Mary Halpin, ACC has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, which they obtained from 1977 to 1981. In 2019, they pursued further education at iPEC Coaching and obtained a certification as a Certified Executive Coach. Mary also obtained additional certifications, such as the Energy Leadership™ Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) from iPEC Coaching in November 2019 and the ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in November 2022.
