Helen Caballero Crowley

Helen Caballero Crowley has extensive experience in human resources and people operations. Helen is currently the Global Head of People Operations at GoStudent, where they lead the HR function on a global scale. Prior to this, they served as the EMEA Regional Head of HR at GoStudent, responsible for leading HR initiatives and processes across multiple countries in the region. Helen also worked at Eventbrite as the Global Regional HR Lead, overseeing HR operations in various regions worldwide. Earlier in their career, they held HR leadership positions at Baker McKenzie, Advantage Consultores, HomeServe España, Univar Solutions, King's Group, GE Healthcare, Mc Graw-Hill Interamericana, and CGI. Throughout their career, Helen has demonstrated a strong ability to design and implement HR strategies to support business objectives.

Helen Caballero Crowley holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from IE Business School, which they completed from 2000 to 2001. Prior to that, they pursued a Postgraduate Higher Diploma in Economic Science from University College Dublin between 1995 and 1996. In 1991, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in International Business/Economics from the same institution. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the ICAgile Certified Professional - Leading with Agility from ICAgile in 2020 and the Certified Executive Coach from Escuela Europea de Coaching in 2017.
