Mohamad Saad

Mohamad Saad has worked at Qatar Computing Research Institute since 2017. Mohamad started as a Scientist in February 2017 and was promoted to Senior Scientist in October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Washington from November 2012 to October 2016.

Mohamad Saad has a strong academic background in statistical genetics and biostatistics. Mohamad completed their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Statistical Genetics from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III between 2009 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained their Master of Science (MS) in Biostatistics from the University of Montpellier in 2006 and their Bachelor of Science (BS) from Lebanese University - Faculty of Sciences, specializing in Applied Mathematics with a major in Statistics, from 2002 to 2006.
