Fern Mansfield

Fern Mansfield has a strong background in the culinary industry, with experience ranging from head chef positions to pastry chef roles. Most recently, Fern worked as the head chef at Harlequins, a position held since November 2021. Prior to that, Fern worked as a head chef at The Portland Hospital for Women and Children from November 2020 to November 2021. Fern also gained experience at Levy Restaurants as the head pastry chef for corporate and events from November 2019 to July 2021. Fern's earlier experience includes roles as a pastry chef at Elior UK from October 2017 to October 2019, head of pastry at brickwood coffee and bread in August 2017, pastry sous/senior chef at Hawksmoor Group from November 2014 to August 2017, and CDP/head of section at The Ivy from March 2014 to November 2014. Fern began their career as a chef at Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group in July 2012, starting as a chef and eventually becoming a junior sous chef before leaving in March 2014.

Fern Mansfield attended the University of Westminster from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Illustration.
