Mark Harris

Mark Harris is the current EVP and CFO of Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hercules Capital, Inc. from January 2015 to December 2017. Before that, they were a Senior Portfolio Manager & Chief Financial Officer at Avenue Capital Group from January 2006 to December 2015. Harris has also held the position of Corporate Financial Controller at Hutchison Telecoms from January 2004 to December 2006, and Vice President, Finance at VSource Pty Ltd from January 2001 to December 2004. Mark started their career at PwC in 1995, where they worked in the Global Capital Markets Group as a Manager until 2001.

Mark Harris has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Mark is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Harris reports to Krishnan Rajagopalan, President & CEO. Mark Harris works with Jaimee Eddington - Regional Leader, Americas, Sarah Payne - EVP, CHRO, and Michael Cullen - COO.
