Jeremy Cooper

Jeremy Cooper has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jeremy started their career in 2012 as an Inventory Control Manager at Willis Auto Campus, where they managed a multi-million dollar inventory of high-end cars. Jeremy then worked at Target as an Electronics Team Member, providing excellent customer service and promoting savings programs.

In 2014, Jeremy joined Nationwide Insurance as a Direct Regional Sales Agent, where they achieved exceptional sales results and was quickly promoted to Direct National Sales Agent. Jeremy managed a portfolio of clients and exceeded sales goals consistently.

From 2016 to 2021, Jeremy worked at Wells Fargo as a Loan Servicing Analyst Specialist, demonstrating extensive knowledge of default servicing processes and maintaining strong communication with business partners. After that, they joined TD as both a Commercial Loan Specialist and Small Business Loan Specialist, focusing on loan documentation and collaborating with business partners.

In 2022, Jeremy transitioned to the insurance industry, working at Papasan Properties Group @ Keller Williams Realty as an Inside Sales Agent, and then at Allstate as a Licensed Sales Producer, making connections with clients and handling sales activities. Jeremy later joined Farmers Insurance as an Inside Sales Associate, organizing leads and managing communication to maximize efficiency.

In 2023, Jeremy joined Continental General as a Manage Care Assistant, where they assisted policy holders with payment reimbursements and coordinated with loan examiners to process invoices. Currently, they are an Account Manager at Hippo Insurance.

Throughout their career, Jeremy has consistently demonstrated strong sales, customer service, and organizational skills across different roles and industries.

Jeremy Cooper attended The Art Institutes from 1997 to 2000, where they studied Cinematography and Film/Video Production. As of July 2022, they have also obtained the certification of Personal Lines Property and Casualty Agent from the Texas Department of Insurance.
