Kelvin Leung

Kelvin Leung is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR services. Currently serving as Assistant Manager in Human Resources Services at The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. since March 2019, Kelvin has spearheaded key projects such as the employer brand video and the implementation of the Vaccine Pass policy. Previous roles include positions at Hong Kong Disneyland, where responsibilities spanned talent acquisition and HR consultancy, and earlier experiences include an analyst role at NielsenIQ and a graduate program internship. Kelvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Finance from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London.
