Kimberly Schwantz

Kimberly Schwantz has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, spanning over a decade. Their most recent position was as the Director of People and Culture at Homewood Health Centre, a role they have held since August 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at PNR RailWorks as a Senior Human Resources Manager from July 2021 to August 2022, and as a Human Resources Manager, Canada, from June 2018 to July 2021. Kimberly also served as a Human Resources Manager at Saint-Gobain Abrasives from January 2017 to June 2018.

Before joining Saint-Gobain Abrasives, Kimberly held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Family and Children's Services of the Waterloo Region from December 2015 to December 2016.

Kimberly gained valuable experience as a Sr. Human Resources Generalist at Cargill from July 2013 to November 2015. Prior to that, they served as a Health & Safety Coordinator and HR Generalist at Cargill from February 2013 to July 2013. Kimberly began their journey at Cargill as a Human Resources Generalist from May 2012 to July 2013.

Furthermore, Kimberly worked as a Human Resources Administrator at CpK Interior Products Inc. from March 2011 to April 2012. Kimberly started their career as a Recruitment Specialist at Select International, where they were stationed on-site at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, from November 2009 to August 2010.

Kimberly Schwantz obtained a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology also at the University of Guelph, from 2005 to 2009. Kimberly also pursued Executive Leadership Development at the Schulich School of Business - York University. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designations from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association in 2015.
