Amanda Leath

Amanda Leath has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development. Amanda is currently working as the Vice President of People and Culture at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Healthfirst, including Director of HR Shared Services and Director of Human Resources Operations. Amanda also worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Non-Profit Consulting and as a Partner in Human Capital at TNTP. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Brown Brothers Harriman, Goldman Sachs, Financial Guaranty Insurance Company/GE Capital, Random House, and American Express Bank, where they gained experience in organizational development, change management, performance management, and employee relations.

Amanda Leath holds a BA in Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis and an MS in Social Work with a minor in Business from Columbia University School of Social Work. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Project Management from Brown Brothers Harriman, Situational Leadership from LRI, Six Sigma Green Belt from GE Capital, and Voices 360 Assessment from Korn Ferry.
