Mark Tulchinskiy MD MBA

Mark Tulchinskiy MD, MBA has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting in 1994, they worked at Kemerovo Cardiology Center, where they stayed until 2002. Mark then joined Evidence CPR as a Clinical Research Associate and eventually became Executive Vice President, a position they held until 2003. From 2003 to 2004, they were a Medical Director at RCT and from 2004 to 2006, an Associate Director of Clinical Research at Pharmanet. In 2006, they joined Medpace, where they held multiple roles, including General Manager and Executive Director of Europe and Israel, until 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as VP of Medical Affairs at www.cls-cro.com before moving to Pivotal, where they were the Medical and Clinical Operations Director for Central and Eastern Europe from 2015 to 2018. In 2018, they became a Senior Medical Director at Novella Clinical, and in 2019, they moved to IQVIA Biotech as a Senior Director of Medical, before becoming a Senior Medical Director from 2019 to 2020. Mark is currently the Executive Director of Clinical Development and Medical Monitoring at Humacyte, a position they began in 2022.

Mark Tulchinskiy MD, MBA earned their Doctor of Medicine degree in Human Physiology/Cardiology from Kemerovo State Medical Academy from 1990 to 2001. Mark also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Saint Petersburg State University of Finance and Economics from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they received a Cardiology Certificate in December of 2015, although the institution where they obtained it is not specified.
