Kuo-Feng Chang

Kuo-Feng Chang is a Research Scientist at the Human Resources Research Organization (HumRRO) since September 2023, previously serving as a Research Scientist at Pearson from April 2022 to August 2023 and as a Psychometrician at Prometric from April 2021 to April 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Center for Advanced Studies in Measurement and Assessment from August 2016 to April 2021, a Psychometric Intern at the American Board of Internal Medicine for a brief period in June to July 2020, and multiple Graduate Research Assistant roles at National Taiwan Normal University and the Taiwan National Academy for Educational Research between 2015 and 2016. Kuo-Feng Chang holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Measurement and Statistics from the University of Iowa, a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from National Taiwan Normal University, and a Bachelor of Education in Civic Education and Leadership from the same institution.
