Deana Chandler, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Deana is currently the Vice President of Talent Management at Hylant since August 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Manager at Hylant from December 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining Hylant, Deana worked at The Andersons, Inc. where they held multiple positions. From March 2021 to December 2021, they were a Human Resources Manager. Deana also served as a Senior Recruiter from July 2018 to March 2021. From November 2016 to July 2018, they worked as an HR Business Partner, Ethanol Group.

Prior to that, they served as a Logistics Specialist in the US Army from 1996 to 2000.

Deana Chandler, MBA, has a strong educational background in Human Resources. Deana earned their Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Walla Walla University between the years 2001 and 2004. Later, they pursued further education and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Human Resources from Eastern Michigan University from 2010 to 2012.
