Mario Kyriakides Ma

Mario Kyriakides, MA, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in talent development and learning and development roles. Mario currently holds the position of Vice President, Talent Development at Hylant since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Director, Personal Lines Operations at The Hanover Insurance Group from May 2019 to September 2021. From November 2016 to May 2019, they held the role of Manager, Learning and Development at Frankenmuth Insurance. Mario also worked at Farmers Insurance as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist from February 2014 to November 2016.

Mario Kyriakides, MA, SHRM-SCP has a Master of Arts degree in Human Services from Liberty University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling Psychology from Great Lakes Christian College. In addition to their formal education, Mario has obtained several certifications. Mario is a Student Pilot certified by the Federal Aviation Administration, a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner certified by Prosci, and a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional certified by SHRM.
