Monieka Khera has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Monieka started their career at Infosys Technologies Ltd as an Associate Manager in Recruitment. Monieka then moved on to IBM Daksh as an HR Business Partner, where they successfully implemented people initiatives. Following that, they joined Citi as an HR Generalist, responsible for recruitment and employee engagement. After Citi, they worked at Fullerton Securities & Wealth Advisors Ltd as an HR Generalist, where they played a key role in setting up HR policies and processes. Monieka then joined Tupperware Brands as the Head of Human Resources for India and Bangladesh, where they established and institutionalized HR functions. Currently, they are working at IDP Education Ltd as the Associate Director for People Experience in South Asia. Their work there involves overseeing the HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Monieka Khera's education history includes a PGDBM in Human Resources and Marketing from Symbiosis Centre for Management and Human Resource Development, obtained from 2003 to 2005.
