Roland Bou Ghosn

Roland Bou Ghosn has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Roland started their career in 2000 as a Site Team Leader and tester for EXI for ERICSSON RADIO SYSTEMS A.B. Roland then worked for EXI SAUDI ARABIA LTD. as an RBS & TRM Test Engineer. In 2003, they joined Ericsson as a Senior Sales Engineer in Saudi Arabia, where they were responsible for preparing technical offers and tenders. In 2005, they worked for LCC as a BSS ATP Zone Project Manager in Algeria. Roland then returned to Ericsson as a Field Operation Manager and Front Office Manager, where they oversaw field maintenance and front office personnel. From 2009 to 2015, Roland worked for Ericsson LMN Nigeria in various roles including Head of Operation Assurance Acting MSCOO and Head of IFS Field operation Manager. Since 2015, they have been with IHS Towers, where they have held roles such as Associate Director of Operations, Director of Operations, and Regional Director of Operations.

Roland Bou Ghosn completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Atlantic International University between 2020 and 2022. Prior to that, they pursued the SENIOR MANAGEMENT PROGRAM at Lagos Business School, Pan-Atlantic University in 2019 and 2020. In 2005, Roland earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Engineering Faculty Lebanese University. Before that, they obtained their TS3 qualification in Electric and Electronic, Industrial Material Maintenance between 1997 and 2000.
