David Shute

David Shute has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. David started their career at Nations Bank in 1989 as a CS Manager until 1997. David then moved on to HealthNow New York Inc., where they held various director roles from 2001 to 2011. Subsequently, David joined Independent Health in 2011 as a Director of Claims Operations, eventually moving up to a Vice President role. In 2019, they became the Vice President of Operations at Independent Health Association before transitioning to their current role as the Senior Vice President of Operations at Independent Health in 2022.

David Shute attended St. Bonaventure University from 1985 to 1988, where they obtained a BBA in Major Marketing with a minor in management. David also earned a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing during the same period.
