Senior Customer Success Manager at Ionic

Adam Wilson began their work experience in 2016 at Oracle as a Customer Success Manager for Taleo Recruiting, where they supported and onboarded customers and acted as a liaison between customers and various departments within Oracle. Adam then became a Customer Success Manager-Team Lead, managing a team of CSMs and overseeing 19 Enterprise customer engagements. Following this, Adam worked as a Project Manager for NetSuite, leading ERP and CRM implementations.

In 2020, Adam transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager-Life Sciences at Oracle, managing 15 Enterprise SaaS Pharmaceutical accounts and driving product adoption among customers. Adam also conducted business reviews and cadence calls.

In 2022, Adam joined Informatica as a Sales Consultant, supporting the Commercial East segment and delivering customized demos of Integration, Catalog, and Governance SaaS platforms.

Currently, Adam is working as a Customer Success Manager at Ionic, collaborating with customers as they develop mobile applications using Ionic's technology that enables web developers to create applications for various platforms.

Adam Wilson attended Duke University from 2012 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physics and Public Policy. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2018 Certified Architect Associate certification from Oracle in January 2020, the ITIL Foundation Level certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2018, and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in September 2022.
