Zamzam Rotich

Zamzam Rotich is a Food Scientist at KIRDI, where Zamzam develops processes for large-scale food production and finds ways to preserve food while maintaining freshness. Previously, Zamzam served as the Vice President at the University of Nairobi, where Zamzam promoted academic interests, initiated mentorship programs, organized charity drives, managed resource mobilization, established good relationships, sought sponsorships for needy students, and organized events and workshops for female students to upskill. Zamzam holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nairobi.
